NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
To be held on: - Tuesday 3 May 2022 AT 10.00am for 10.30am START
VENUE – RV HOMEBASE COMMUNITY CENTRE 5O Iindah Road E Tinana
A nomination and proxy form will be emailed to all members, and we urge all members to consider nominating so your Association’s important work can continue with representation for the RV Homebase community.
Please ensure nomination forms are returned to the secretary by the 21 April 2022.
A list of Nominations will be emailed to all Association Members by 24 April 2022
A ballot will be held if the number of nominations exceeds the positions available.
Appointment of proxy will be accepted at the AGM or before 03 May 2022
